At VicCin we want you to adore your new fabulous boutique finds and the reality is sometimes things aren’t what we expected. Hey, that’s ok! It is our right as woman to change our minds and we will make it easy for you to have that choice.
Within 30 Days
You may choose to exchange the item or receive a refund, less the cost of shipping. Product must have original receipt and must be in original condition. All sale items are final purchase.
Within 90 Days
You may make an exchange or receive a VicCin credit. Items that are damaged before wearing are subject to an exchange or credit only. Please keep original receipt.
Lifetime Replacement Policy
Any item may be returned due to a manufacture’s defect with proof of purchase.

If same item is not available, you may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value. If item of greater value is selected the cost difference and taxes are applicable. The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
